Very groovy. I get Clair De Lune vibes in the beginning, and it becomes a swing jazz song which is pretty cool. 8-bit Swing Revival, I like it.

Hm, I can't really recall. I'm pretty bad at identifying time signatures. I imagine it started as a 4/4 file and then maybe things shifted from there. Music theory was never where my interests went.
